A clear account of what this site collects, why it is needed, who receives it and the choices available to you.

The short version

LilPlay is an independent artist website, not an advertising network. We use limited measurements to improve the music and contact experience.

No identity from a music click

Links statistics show aggregate journeys and platform choices. We do not receive your name, streaming account or listening history.

Google Analytics is blocked until you allow it. Advertising storage, Google Signals and personalised advertising stay disabled.

You can disable our site statistics or withdraw Google Analytics permission at any time, without losing access to the site.

LilPlay Links statistics

Information
Page or release viewed; link and music platform chosen; card position; language; referrer domain and UTM campaign; device category; approximate country and city; random session ID.
Why
Aggregate measurement of visits, release journeys and platform conversion so we can improve the Links and smart-release pages. IP is used momentarily for approximate location and is not stored in the analytics record.
How long
The session ID stays in this tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. Individual analytics events are automatically deleted after 30 days. Identifier-free daily summaries are retained for long-term trends; small detailed groups are combined or omitted.

Google Analytics

Information
Page URL and title, browser and device information, approximate location and interaction events collected by Google after permission.
Why
Optional measurement across the wider website. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
How long
Consent choice: one year. GA4 event-level retention follows the setting in LilPlay's Google Analytics property. Permission can be withdrawn at any time.

Contact enquiries

Information
Name, email, enquiry type, subject, message, language, timestamps and anti-spam verification result.
Why
To answer management, press, live and partnership enquiries and protect the form from abuse. Valid enquiries are stored in a restricted management system and may be delivered to authorised LilPlay team recipients.
How long
Kept while the enquiry is active and afterwards only where reasonably needed for correspondence, business records, disputes or legal obligations. Obsolete enquiries are archived or deleted.

Essential preferences and security

Information
Language preference, analytics choices and — for authorised managers only — authentication session data. Servers also process normal connection and security information.
Why
To remember requested settings, secure the website and provide the private management workspace. These are not used for advertising.
How long
Preference cookies last up to one year. Authentication and security data lasts only as required for account security, incident investigation and legal obligations.

External media and destinations

Information
A request to YouTube is made only after you activate a video; opening Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok or another external destination takes you to that provider.
Why
To play requested media or open the service you selected. YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.
How long
The external provider's policy applies after activation or navigation. LilPlay does not receive your account identity or listening history from those services.

Who is responsible

This notice covers the official LilPlay artist website. The data controller is the LilPlay music project, operated by Nataliia Ozerianska. Privacy and data requests can be sent to the management email at the end of this page.

It applies to the public website, Links and smart-release pages, contact forms and the private management services used to operate them.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data only for the purpose described when it is collected. Optional Google Analytics relies on consent. Contact handling is necessary to respond to your request and serves our legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence. Security and fraud prevention serve our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

Limited first-party statistics are used solely to produce aggregate information and improve this service. In the UK we rely on the statistical-purpose exception for storage and access technology, together with legitimate interests under UK GDPR. Clear information and a free opt-out are provided on this page.

  • We do not use individual Links events or session identifiers to target or retarget visitors. We may use anonymous, aggregated trends to plan content, releases and broad promotional campaigns.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not make decisions about individual visitors.
  • We do not combine site sessions with streaming identities.

Services and international transfers

The site and its restricted management database are hosted for LilPlay. Approximate location is resolved locally; visitor lookups are not sent to an external geolocation provider. Contact messages may be delivered through a secure messaging provider to authorised team recipients. Google processes anti-spam data for form security and, only with permission, Google Analytics data.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms. External music and social services become responsible for their own processing when you choose to open them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need enough information to verify and fulfil a request safely.

If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Please contact us first if you are comfortable doing so — we want to resolve concerns directly.

Security and children

We limit access to private systems, use authenticated management access and keep public analytics endpoints separate from management data. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we review access and minimise what is retained.

This is a general audience artist website and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top. Material changes to analytics choices will be explained before they take effect where required.
